Lightly padded inserts designed for a subtle lift and added security against wardrobe malfunctions - ideal for sheer bodices and delicate necklines. With no adhesive across the center, they're a gentler option for sensitive skin or repeated use.

Rather than adding volume, these inserts are built to lift and hold rather than boost a subtler alternative for anyone who just wants a clean, secure shape without extra fullness. Stick them to the inside of your top or dress and press to secure; because there's no adhesive across the center panel, they sit more gently against skin than our fully-adhesive styles.

That center-free design makes them especially well-suited to sheer bodices, lace overlays, and delicate wedding-dress necklines where a heavier insert would show or feel restrictive. Reusable and interchangeable across outfits, with no sewing required.

3. Air dry: After washing your shapewear, don't put it in the dryer. Instead, lay it flat or hang it to air dry. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to fade.

4. Store carefully: To prevent your shapewear from getting stretched out of shape, store it carefully. Fold it neatly and store it in a drawer or on a hanger. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or in a humid environment.

5. Replace when necessary: Shapewear is designed to provide support and contouring for your body, but over time, the fabric may lose its elasticity and effectiveness. Replace your shapewear when it no longer provides the desired support or if it becomes worn or damaged.
