These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers of nuve-shop.com. Our store currently sells to consumers located in Italy. They govern your access to and use of our website, as well as any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully before using our site.

Orders & Pricing
All prices on nuve-shop.com are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable Italian VAT (IVA), unless stated otherwise at checkout. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
How orders work
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable, before any shipping charges

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors
We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors, which we will correct before shipment where possible
Payment security
All payment transactions on nuve-shop.com are processed by Shopify Payments and its underlying payment providers. Shipping, returns & withdrawal
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. As a consumer in Italy, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (diritto di recesso) from the date of delivery, and returns are handled per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
If you are an EU consumer and we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to submit your complaint for out-of-court resolution. Using the ODR platform does not affect your right to bring a claim before the competent courts as described above.
